Frederik Stefani has taken VISAPA from concept to reality and now leads the firm in its pursuit of revolutionizing immigration outsourcing process. Beginning his career at the International Institute, in Saint Louis, MO, as an Immigration paralegal Frederik concentrated on immigration law. Upon finishing his paralegal studies, he was employed by non-profit organizations where he continued to work with different immigration attorneys providing them paralegal service. He expanded his paralegal service in private sector. After servicing immigration attorneys and practicing immigration law for over 12 years, he realized the potential to utilize outsourcing solution to streamline the paralegal immigration process and founded VISAPA.


Frederik is a member of the Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC) and has been a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Association since 2003. He is Accredited Representative from the Board of Immigration Appeals since 2003. He has experience in all appellate processes in the practice of immigration law and has represented clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) on immigration law issues. He is an immigration consultant for some solo immigration practitioners and non-profit organization.


Frederik was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography from the University of Tirana, Albania and a Certified Paralegal from Fordham University, New York. In addition to his traditional U.S. legal education, Frederik furthered his legal education by receiving certificates and diplomas from the Catholic Immigration Network, Immigration Coalition, NY, and CUNY-Immigration Law.
