Visapa services consist from fully drafting (as per attorney’s instruction) for attorney’s review, USCIS/DOJ/DOL/DOS forms and support letters in connections with various applications and petitions. Once completed these forms and letters are e-mailed to attorney for review in editable PDF (Forms) and MS Words (Letters) file format. Most projects are completed within three to four business days or sooner.

To retain our firm to assist you with specific project (petition/application/matter) simply forward to our office the indispensable information to draft the forms and letters for your review. For example, you can e-mail, mail, or fax to our office your own case questionnaire or download our questionnaire at Forms/Questionnaires and forwarded to our office.

To further to illustrate how this process works, let us take an example of an H1-B/NIV project. The first step in retaining our paralegal services would be for the attorney to forward to us the required information in the form of completed questionnaires and instruction for H1-B project; we would commence drafting of, Form G-28, I-129 plus supplement, Petitioner’s Support Letter, Table of Contents and the law Firm Cover Letter.

During this process we may e-mail/contact you to provide missing information, clarification, and further instruction act. Once the forms and the letters have been drafted we would e-mail them to you for your review, signature, and fee attachment for filling with USCIS/DOS. Our flat-fee includes unlimited revisions of each project drafted for you. For an additional fee, we can also FedEx to your office a hard copy of the drafted documents.

Please note that throughout the process our office will communicate only with attorney and NEVER with attorney’s client. We will follow your instructions in the letter. Always.
